Dr.(Mrs.) Bijayalaxmi Rautaray, currently working as the Chief Librarian at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. She holds M.A(Economics), MLISc., PGDLAN and Ph.D. in Library and Information Science. She has more than 18 years of experience in LIS profession. She has authored/edited five books, one conference proceedings. She has also published many research articles in different International & National Journals, Conference proceedings and in book chapters. Her areas of interest are Library Administration and management, Development of Digital Library, Cooperative acquisition, Collection building of e-resources, etc.

Dr. Dillip K. Swain is currently working as Librarian, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha,India. He holds MA (English), MLISc, MPhil (LIS), PGDCA, and PhD (LIS). He has more than 18 years of professional experience. Besides his professional experience, he has worked as a lecturer in PG Department of Library and Information Science in North Orissa University, Baripada for a period of two years. He has published 7 books, many research papers published in reputed national and international journals. The key areas of his research include user studies, collection building, electronic resource management, information literacy, and bibliometric studies.

Dr. Chandrakanta Swain is currently working Librarian at Indian Institute of Management Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.He holds MLISC., PGDLAN and Ph.D. in Library and information Science. Dr. Swain has around 25 years of experience in Library Administration and Management. He has authored /edited ten books, one conference proceedings In LIS. Besides, he also published number of research articles in International & National Journals, conference proceedings
and in book chapters. His area of interest includes Library Networking, Digitization of Learning Resources, Human Resource Management, Information Management, etc.
